Vision and Mission
“We strive to enable the poor and marginalized to sustain their livelihoods,
participate in decision-making, and assert their rights."

Achievements and Impact
ERA has made significant strides in natural resource management, becoming a household name for innovative drinking water solutions that have garnered media attention and government support. Our commitment to women's empowerment has inspired numerous government schemes, paving the way for lasting change. However, we recognize the urgent challenges posed by youth out-migration and climate change. With decades of experience, we are reframing our approach to combine service, empowerment, and advocacy.
Organizational Structure and Functioning
ERA operates on a mutual trust-based, democratic model, ensuring transparency from planning to evaluation. The General Body outlines policies, while the Governing Body oversees execution. Our dedicated staff, skilled in community mobilization and advocacy, play a crucial role in our success.
